Inspected the progress of staff housing construction in Nam Baw Wan (B) Ward, Loikaw Town, Loikaw Township, Loikaw District, Kayah State.

At 9:00 AM on August 3, 2026, State Chief Minister U Ant Maw, accompanied by State Government Ministers, State Administrator and Secretary of the State Government U Lin Ko Ko, the Chairman and members of the District Management and Administration Committee, and departmental officials, inspected the progress of staff housing repair for the Budget Department and the construction of a 3-storey, 4-unit staff housing facility for the State General Administration Department, being executed with the State Capital Fund for the 2026–2027 fiscal year in Nam Baw Wan (B) Ward, Loikaw Town, Loikaw Township, Loikaw District, Kayah State.

Attended the opening ceremony of District-Level Search and Rescue Training Course (1/2026) held at the Township General Administration Department office in Nyaung-U Township, Nyaung-U District, Mandalay Region.

At 9:00 AM on August 3, 2026, U Kyaw Min Nyo, Chairman of the District Management and Administration Committee and District Administrator, attended the opening ceremony of District-Level Search and Rescue Training Course (1/2026) organized by the District Fire Services Department. The ceremony was held at Anawrahta Hall of the Township General Administration Department office in Nyaung-U Township, Nyaung-U District, Mandalay Region. A total of 70 participants attended, including the Chairman of the Township Management and Administration Committee, members of the District and Township Management and Administration Committees, the District Fire Officer, auxiliary fire brigade members, social organizations, Red Cross members, departmental officials, and trainees.

At 6:30 AM on August 3, 2026, U Kyaw Moe Thet, Regional Minister for Electricity, Energy, Industry and Transportation, attended the opening ceremony of People's Military Service Course No. 27. The event was held at No. 3 Basic Military Training School in Shwe Nan Paw Village, Myin Na Village Tract, Yamethin Township, Yamethin District, Mandalay Region. The ceremony was also attended by U Sein Myint, Chairman of the District Management and Administration Committee and District Administrator, alongside the Chairman of the Township Management and Administration Committee, members of the District and Township Management and Administration Committees, and departmental officials.

At 11:00 AM on August 4, 2026, U Tun Tun Win, Chairman of the District Management and Administration Committee and District Administrator, together with members of the District Agriculture Supervisory Committee, conducted a field inspection of monsoon paddy cultivation at Kankaw Myaing Village field, Field No. (45), Palana (2), Palana Village Tract, Myitkyina Township, Myitkyina District, Kachin State, to ensure local food sufficiency and full coverage of targeted monsoon paddy acreage in the district.
